One-point solutions for every municipal solid waste challenge
Proprietary plasma-induced heat technology that processes all types of municipal, medical and industrial waste without external fuel.
Anaerobic digestion systems that convert wet organic waste into CBG/CNG fuel and organic compost manure.
Controlled thermal oxidation system for complete destruction of animal carcasses and bio-hazardous materials with zero contamination.
Automated mechanized system for collecting, segregating, and compacting dry recyclable waste — paper, plastics, metals, and packaging.
Steam turbine power generation from heat produced during waste combustion — turning residue into renewable electricity.
Rotary screening solution for segregating mixed municipal, industrial or compost waste into different particle size fractions.
Our integrated system handles every category of urban waste — from organics to hazardous materials.
The Machine® System uses Programmed Oxygenated Plasmic State (POPS) technology — far superior to conventional incineration or plasma gasification — processing any waste with zero external fuel.
High-temperature ionized gas from inert gases — argon, nitrogen, helium — breaks down any waste composition.
Partial oxidation converts waste to syngas, enabling metal recovery and energy generation simultaneously.
Venturi wet scrubber, activated carbon, KMnO₄ and zeolite filters keep emissions well below CPCB norms.
1-ton plant fits within 500 sq mt — ideal for decentralized waste processing at source.
